The development group ANTRACIT is expanding its area in the logistics center in Senec
The development group ANTRACIT is expanding its area in one of the most attractive logistics centers in Slovakia, located in Senec. The new development project will offer tenants over 6,000 m² of space suitable for logistics, light manufacturing, or storage, complemented by administrative facilities. This new building will complement the existing multifunctional building in the ANTRACIT Senec industrial complex, which has a total area of 12,000 m².
The ANTRACIT Senec location is strategically situated just one kilometer from Slovakia’s main transport artery, the D1 motorway, and only 29 kilometers from the capital city, Bratislava.
"The new project, with its size and the nature of a standalone building, offers a unique opportunity for tenants looking for an environment tailored to their individual needs," said Zuzana Bajgarová, Director of the international development group ANTRACIT for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
A zoning decision has already been issued for the project, and the building permit is expected to be obtained this fall.
The planned building will offer tenants suitable spaces with a total area of 6,081 m² and a height of 15 meters, with the possibility of constructing offices and social facilities with a total area of 417 m². The complex will also include 52 parking spaces. Thanks to its prominent location and easy accessibility from Pezinská Road, the ANTRACIT Senec facility is highly visible and easily accessible within the largest logistics center in Slovakia.
